At Casually Classy Boutique we want you to be happy with what you receive, however if you don’t absolute love your item(s) you have 30 days to return any unworn, unwashed, unaltered for store credit (as of 9/1/2022).

 

Return Criteria:

• All original tags must be on any items returned
• Sale items are final sale
• Anything more than 35% off is final sale
• Swimsuits are final sale
• Body suits are final sale

 

Shoe Exchanges:

• Shoes are eligible for size exchange only (if new size is available).
• Shoeboxes must be in original condition, with no mail labels on shoebox.
• Shoeboxes must be shipped in another box, to keep shoebox in original condition.
• If the shoebox has any stickers (other than the original stickers) the exchange will not be excepted.

 

Return process:

1. Before starting your return, please make sure your return meets all criteria and are not final sale items.
2. In packaging, please include ORDER NUMBER (included in your original confirmation email) and your REASON for returning your item(s). (i.e. item was defective, wrong size, etc.)
3. Casually Classy Boutique does not offer free returns, so please choose the carrier of your preference.
